What does dreaming about departed loved one mean in the Bible?

Dreaming of someone who has died is usually the heart still grieving and remembering — and Scripture makes room for that sorrow while filling it with hope: those who sleep in Christ will rise, and God will wipe every tear away. The Bible directs us not to seek contact with the dead, but to entrust them to the God of resurrection, with whom nothing loved is lost.
